Mr. Hyde

  • Style: Belgian Style Pale Ale
  • ABV: 5.7
  • IBU: 41.7

One of two pale ales in a duet of beers showcasing our English and Belgian yeast strains. This beer has a nice clean hop profile that exibits more citrus qualities like lemon, grapefruit, and passionfruit. Its a sessionable pale ale that is a great transition to spring from our recent cold winter. This version has our belgian yeast strain, Which has very estery and has complex flavors of spice, clove, bread, and fruit. This beer has a slightly higher ABV because of the yeast having a higher attenuation.

Envious Imperial Stout

  • Style: Imperial Stout
  • ABV: 9.7
  • IBU: 55.3

For the first time in Nevada’s history, two breweries have made an official collaboration beer. We teamed up with Silver Peak to create this one of a kind Imperial stout brewed with local honey, brown sugar, and local malts from Rebel malting. The beer is exceptionally smooth for such a high ABV content. A very complex beer, it starts with chocolate, toffee, and coffee notes. As the beer warms up more dark brown sugar and molasses flavors come through. Served on Nitrogen, it has a nice dry and smooth finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Polley Pale

  • Style: Wet Hop Pale Ale
  • ABV: 5.4
  • IBU: 56.4

A good friend of ours Mr. Polley has decided to get into the hop business. so we made a single hop pale ale to try out his newest crop and see what we think. Taking a back seat to what we normally do, we decided to make a very simple, but delicous beer. This turned out to be a very nice, sessionable, pale ale that has a wonderful bouquet of fresh hops. It has a smooth bitterness that highlights the flavors of these hops.

Reno Farmhouse Ale

  • Style: Imperial Saison
  • ABV: 8.2
  • IBU: 11.5

From Renoites for Renoites. This saison features a complex malt structure that will keep you analyzing whats going on with every drink. We went with a traditional spicing of coriander with our favorite saison yeast and kicked up the octane a bit to push it into what we consider to be a imperial saison. This is a dangerous bastard of a beer that will please your taste buds and take you to new worlds, all while wreaking havoc on your sense of reason and logic if you’re not careful.
