Spring is on the Way!

Hey Guys! Spring is on the way and we here at BC have been slaving away to put up some of our new spring seasonals!

We have just added a southern Bavarian style hefeweizen , named Headwall Hefe. It will be on year-round and also featured with the Tahoe Beer series during Kegs and Eggs.

Next on the line up is a hybrid beer of sorts, a Red(ish) milk IPA served on nitro and exclusively hopped with Sorachi Ace; this unique ale will have your palate going every which way and begs to be drank again.

This week we will be brewing our Piper’s Porter, this beer is named after one of my best friend’s New Daughter, Piper Rose. It is an extremely drinkable brown porter.

Also we have our Vitis Vinifera which is a vigne hybrid beer. Brewed with white vigne musk and fermented with saison yeast.

And the much anticipated return of Berry White as well!
